Did you know that 1 in 4 marriages in Singapore ends before the 20th anniversary, with most breaking down between the 5th and 10th years? The main culprits? Communication breakdown, unresolved conflicts, parenting stress, and personality clashes.
But here’s the good news—you can prevent these pitfalls by truly understanding your partner.
Catholic Junior College (CJC) warmly invites all Catholic youth aged 15 to 19 to participate in Lenten Evening 2025! Held in collaboration with St Joseph’s Institution (SJI) and the Office for Young People (OYP), this event aims to create an opportunity for all participants to encounter Christ more deeply in this Lenten season, as well as forge bonds across Catholic students from different schools.
Interested Catholic youths can sign up at https://tinyurl.com/cjclent25
There will be daily input sessions, spiritual direction, Sacraments and Liturgies from Maundy Thursday to Easter Sunday. Due to limited rooms, early registration is recommended.
Ever wonder why men focus on one thing at a time while women seem to connect everything at once? It’s not just you—it’s how we’re wired! Man and woman, the masterpiece of God’s creation, were created for each other, to complete each other in the most profound way. Equal in dignity, yet as different as waffles are from spaghetti.
How can we make it work in marriage?
Come and enjoy a light-hearted exchange of ideas peppered with exercises to celebrate our differences and complementarity as male and female.
If you know someone who is graduating from Poly, ITE or Private Diploma, invite them to come and join us!
